Cancellation Policy

At Waxxaholics Beauty & Body, we value your time and ours. To ensure all clients have access to appointments and to protect reserved service times, the following policies are in place. Deposits are required to secure appointments and are applied toward your scheduled service. Deposits help reserve your appointment time specifically for you. By booking an appointment with Waxxaholics Beauty & Body, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice may apply their deposit toward one rescheduled appointment within 7 days of the original appointment date. If the appointment is not rescheduled within 7 days, the deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling Policy Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointment at any time outside of the 24-hour window directly through the booking system without penalty. If a client needs to reschedule within the 24-hour window, the appointment must be manually rescheduled by Waxxaholics Beauty & Body. In this case, the existing deposit may be applied toward one rescheduled appointment scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment date. If a second reschedule occurs within the 24-hour time frame, the original deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Same-Day Cancellations Appointments cancelled the day of the scheduled appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. A new deposit will be required in order to book a future appointment. No-Call / No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price to the card on file. If the charge cannot be processed, the balance must be paid before booking any future appointments with Waxxaholics Beauty & Body. Clients who accumulate three (3) no-call / no-show appointments will be required to pay the full service amount at the time of booking for all future appointments. Late Arrival Policy We offer a 6-minute grace period for all appointments. Clients arriving after the 6-minute grace period will incur a $10 late fee, which will be added to the service total. If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may need to be cancelled and rescheduled depending on availability and remaining service time. This policy ensures that all clients receive their full service and helps prevent delays for other scheduled appointments. Hair Length Requirement (Waxing Services) For waxing services, hair should be at least ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice) to ensure the best results. If hair is too short, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Medication & Skin Safety Policy (Accutane / Retinol) Clients currently taking Accutane or who have taken Accutane within the past 6 months cannot receive waxing services due to increased skin sensitivity. Clients using Retinol, Retin-A, Tretinoin, or other prescription acne medications must discontinue use in the treatment area for at least 5–7 days prior to their appointment. Waxxaholics Beauty & Body reserves the right to refuse waxing services if the skin is compromised or unsafe to wax. Guest Policy To maintain a comfortable, private, and relaxing environment, additional guests and children are not permitted in the treatment room unless they are receiving a service. Policy Agreement By booking an appointment with Waxxaholics Beauty & Body, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these booking, cancellation, and service policies.
